John Reim is the Vice President of Business Development for Baird Capital. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, as well as cultivating strategic relationships with investment banks, industry experts, executives and business owners to drive value across Baird Capital’s portfolio. John joined Baird Capital in 2022. Prior to this role, he was a Senior Associate with the Baird Venture Capital team, where he was responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence and supporting investments in software and tech-enabled services. Before joining Baird Capital, John was an investment banking senior analyst at Citi in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. John graduated with a B.S. in Management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with dual concentrations in finance and accounting.
